PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

Upon placing an order, we typically process it within three business days. Holidays and weekends are not days for shipping or delivering orders.

We might have to delay your order a few days if we have a high order volume. When placing your order, please keep this in mind. You will be notified by email or phone if there are any significant shipping delays.

Free standard shipping typically takes approx. 7-21 business days, though sometimes there is a delay

 CUSTOMS PROCESS / CUSTOMS DUTIES

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
